How We Do It
What makes our service special is not what we do, it’s how we do it! We approach each and every individual in a personal and caring way. We welcome you into our extended family and offer our honesty and respectful help during this important time.
Each move is directed by a Move Manager who will be with you every step of the way. Your Move Manager will help you develop the floor plan for your new home, help you sort and downsize, coordinate with family members, and manage the entire moving process.
Our Move Managers are entirely “hands-on.” They pack, unpack, hang pictures, they do it all while directing the entire process.
Office Support Staff
Our office is staffed from 9AM – 5:30PM every weekday. We are ready and able to answer your questions prior to meeting you, throughout the move, and following the move.
Our office staff have worked in the field and/or been move managers themselves and can answer many of your questions immediately.
We charge on an hourly basis for our services and really suggest that you invite us into your home so that we can provide you an estimate based on your particular situation.
Regarding cost, many comment that “the move could not have happened without your help.” Others have even said, “there could not have been better use for our money than to have your help through this move.”
No Obligation Estimate
Simply call or email our office to request a no obligation estimate. We will assign a move manager to meet you at your convenience, listen to your concerns, explain how our services can be helpful, and of course provide you a written estimate.
We don’t send a salesperson to see you, but rather one of our move managers who will work with you from that first visit through moving day.
